I have a 9 week old at home after beingin NICU for a month. We left frustrated when we were told they could not tell us if he had reflux or neurological issues. It seems he has classic signs of reflux and some colic. What do you think...arching swallowing hard, no spit up (silent reflux?), fussy to instant feeding starts, crying for hours, and recently fighting in his sleep. But signs continue for hours, not just duirng or after. Do others see this?
Also...we go for a pH test this week to see if it is reflux. I am afraid then that we will be forced to look at doing a fundo. This was brougt up prior to us leaving the hospital. I am so worried about putting him in surgery, as well as, doing something now that will last a lifetime.
