Is 1 TBSP for every ounce of formula too much for a 4 month old baby? He eats about 7 ounces each feeding. I have been giving my son 1tsp per ounce and he is still spitting up, so I would like to increase the amount. Also, he gets it in all bottles (4x day).

If your baby has reflux he will always spit up...thats part of it.
Hopes Ped. want her to go on 1 teaspoon per oz also at that age...made the formula very thick. It helped her tummy.

That should be okay..but you should ask his doctor.
