when to wean from Zantac

Well, Nicole is going to turn 7 mo. old in six days. So, how do you know when she is ready to stop the Zantac. She still spits up but a lot less since she is eating a good bit of solids now. She rarely if ever has reflux symptoms such as arching her back now.

She is on 1.5 ml of Zantac 3 x a day. Should I try to wean her down, stop it cold turkey, or wait a while yet until she completely stops the spitting up?

Any input and experience would be greatly appreciated.

I weaned Hope off of Zantac when she was 7 months also.
Just start by giving her less, skip one dose. Do that for a few days. If that works than do the other one.

Hope still is very puky! But she is alot happier.
